1 / Sexual content and NSFW
Do not upload, request or use the service for pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual nudity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualised character replacement. Sexual deepfakes are prohibited. This basketball service does not offer adult content generation.
2 / Violence and gore
Do not create or submit graphic injury, gore, torture, threats, glorification of serious violence or material promoting terrorism or violent extremism. Ordinary non-graphic fictional basketball action is the intended scope; using it to threaten or depict harm to a real person is prohibited.
3 / Hate and targeted abuse
Do not use the service for hate speech, dehumanisation, discriminatory threats or harassment targeting people because of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability. Bullying, doxxing and targeted intimidation are also prohibited.
4 / Child safety and CSAM
Only adults aged 18 or over may use this service or appear in an uploaded photo. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation and any other content endangering children are strictly prohibited, including fictional or AI-generated depictions. Do not send suspected illegal material as an email attachment. Report an identifier or location instead; we may preserve evidence and notify the appropriate authorities where required.
5 / Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not use another person’s identity without their permission, create deceptive or harmful deepfakes, impersonate someone to defraud or harass, fabricate endorsements, or present an AI scene as an authentic event. Permission for a photograph alone does not authorise every use of someone’s likeness. The permitted use is an authorised adult’s clearly labelled, fictional basketball personalisation. Do not use it to pretend to be another specific real person, conceal the AI origin or imply an association with a person, artist or brand.
6 / Copyright, trademarks and other rights
Upload only photographs you own or are licensed to use for this purpose, and obtain the depicted person’s consent. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, remove another party’s rights notices, or suggest an unauthorised sponsorship. AI output does not grant rights to third-party names, logos, photographs or footage. Rights holders can report suspected infringement using the contact below.
Platform misuse
Do not bypass safety checks or account restrictions, access another user’s private media, exploit payment or credit systems, submit malware, or automate abuse. The service offers a fixed basketball workflow rather than arbitrary video uploads or open-ended content generation. Results are held in a private account library; there is no public user gallery.
Safety checks and manual moderation
Kie.ai generation requests enable the provider’s NSFW safety checker. Provider filters can miss violations and are not a substitute for these rules. The operator manually investigates reports and suspected misuse using the relevant records and media still held by the service. We do not currently claim that a separate automated system screens every upload and finished video, or that every result receives human review before delivery.
Report content or misuse
Email x771364026@gmail.com with the subject “Content report”. Include the job ID, relevant URL or account identifier, the approximate date, the rule or right you believe was violated, a short explanation and a reply address. A rights complaint should explain your relationship to the rights holder and provide relevant evidence. Reports are reviewed manually; this inbox is not an emergency service. Do not send illegal content, passwords, login codes, full card details or API keys.
Content report response and enforcement deadlines
These commitments apply to content reports, including reports of prohibited content, unauthorised likeness use and infringement. They govern content safety actions separately from purchase refund decisions.
- We will respond by email within 2 business days after receiving a content report, acknowledging the concern and providing an initial assessment or requesting the information needed to investigate.
- Within 5 business days after we confirm a violation, we will complete the appropriate enforcement action, such as removing media under our control, restricting generation or downloads, suspending access, or terminating the responsible account.
- For serious or urgent harm, including suspected child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery or credible threats of serious violence, we immediately restrict access to the affected media or account when we identify the risk, while we investigate. We comply with applicable evidence-preservation and reporting obligations.
- We will notify the reporter of the review outcome and completed action, subject to privacy and legal restrictions. If the investigation remains open, we will provide a status update at least every 5 business days. An ongoing investigation or appeal does not extend the enforcement deadline once a violation has been confirmed.
- Business days mean Monday through Friday in Hong Kong time (UTC+8). Deadlines are counted from the first business day following receipt of the report or confirmation of the violation, respectively.
Review and enforcement
The operator reviews the report, checks available account and job records, may request clarification, and decides what action is supported by the evidence. Actions can include a warning, refusal of a request, removal of controlled media, restrictions on generation or downloads, account suspension or termination. We complete the appropriate action within the deadline above; serious or urgent harm triggers immediate restriction while we investigate. We may preserve necessary investigation records or comply with valid legal requests. Where appropriate and lawful, we notify the affected user by email and explain the decision. We cannot recall files already downloaded or control third-party reposts.
Appeal a decision
Email x771364026@gmail.com with the subject “Content appeal”, your account email, the job ID or decision concerned, and why you believe the decision should change. The operator reconsiders the evidence, any new explanation and the original action, then replies with the outcome. Restrictions may remain while the appeal is reviewed. Confirmed failed or timed-out paid jobs return their generation credits once; unused-credit and payment refund requests follow our Refunds policy and applicable consumer rights.
