Your account and uploads
You and everyone in your two photos must be at least 18. Keep your account secure. Upload only photos you have the rights to use, with each depicted adult’s permission for this AI edit. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, including its restrictions on sexual content, violence, hate, child abuse, deceptive or non-consensual impersonation and infringement. Do not present a generated video as proof of a real event or endorsement. Identify shared outputs as AI-generated fiction.
The AI model and service status
The configured video model is Seedance 2.0 Fast, accessed through Kie.ai with model ID bytedance/seedance-2-fast. It uses your dunker and defender photos and a fixed reference video. Full videos use your selected Standard 480p or HD 720p resolution and target 14 seconds in a 9:16 vertical frame. Likeness, clothing, motion and background preservation can vary between generations.
AI output and rights
You retain rights you hold in your original uploads. You give us permission to process them with our providers solely to deliver and support your requested generation. You may download and share your results subject to applicable law and any rights of others. AI output may contain visual errors and may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Credits and purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars: 50 credits for $6.99; 100 credits for $9.99; 200 credits for $16.99; 300 credits for $22.99, before applicable checkout taxes. Standard 480p costs 50 credits; HD 720p costs 100 credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. The displayed checkout amount controls what you pay. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment.
Welcome credits and free previews
New verified accounts can claim 10 free credits once. They are separate from paid credits, non-transferable, do not renew daily and cannot buy full videos. A 4-second silent preview uses 10 free credits, subject to availability. Failed jobs return the reserved credits once; availability is restored only if provider submission had not started. A countdown is not a reservation or an automatic queue.
Violations, suspension and termination
If we reasonably identify a breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may issue a warning, refuse a request, remove media we control, restrict generation or downloads, suspend access, or terminate the account. The response depends on the severity, evidence and any repeated abuse and follows the deadlines below. For serious or urgent harm, we immediately restrict access to the affected media or account while investigating, without waiting for advance notice. We may preserve relevant evidence and respond to valid legal requests. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the action by email and provide an opportunity to appeal. We cannot remove copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere.
Content report response and enforcement deadlines
These commitments apply to content reports, including reports of prohibited content, unauthorised likeness use and infringement. They govern content safety actions separately from purchase refund decisions.
- We will respond by email within 2 business days after receiving a content report, acknowledging the concern and providing an initial assessment or requesting the information needed to investigate.
- Within 5 business days after we confirm a violation, we will complete the appropriate enforcement action, such as removing media under our control, restricting generation or downloads, suspending access, or terminating the responsible account.
- For serious or urgent harm, including suspected child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery or credible threats of serious violence, we immediately restrict access to the affected media or account when we identify the risk, while we investigate. We comply with applicable evidence-preservation and reporting obligations.
- We will notify the reporter of the review outcome and completed action, subject to privacy and legal restrictions. If the investigation remains open, we will provide a status update at least every 5 business days. An ongoing investigation or appeal does not extend the enforcement deadline once a violation has been confirmed.
- Business days mean Monday through Friday in Hong Kong time (UTC+8). Deadlines are counted from the first business day following receipt of the report or confirmation of the violation, respectively.
Review, appeals and remaining credits
Report suspected violations or appeal a restriction by emailing x771364026@gmail.com with your account email, relevant job ID, the decision being challenged and any supporting explanation. The operator reviews the relevant evidence and replies with the outcome; restrictions may remain during review. Confirmed failed or timed-out paid jobs still return their generation credits once. Account closure does not automatically forfeit purchased credits: unused-credit and payment refund requests are reviewed under the Refunds policy and applicable consumer rights. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the same contact.
Availability and failed jobs
Generation can be delayed or temporarily unavailable. Confirmed failed or timed-out paid jobs return the credits reserved for that job. A successful output may still contain AI artifacts. Media is retained for a limited period, so download your result promptly. See the refund policy for purchase disputes. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
